THE CEREMONY:
Q: What if we are late for our Sweetlove Wedding?
All of our Sweetlove Pop-Up weddings are booked at times available and each Sweetlove Pop-Up wedding is rolled into a 90-minute wedding celebration. If you are late for your wedding time booked, the time you are late will be taken into consideration within your photography session. So keep our eyes on the time and please don’t be late.
Q: What if we forget our marriage certificate for our Sweetlove Ceremony?
Opps! Well if you don’t have your marriage certificate for the ceremony we can’t officiate a legal marriage on your day. Our officiate can announce your commitment of love for each other but without a marriage certificate, you won’t be legally married…. So make sure your marriage certificate is at the top of your checklist!
Q: What if we want to personalize our vows, can we do this?
Absolutely! We encourage this…. Having and pronouncing your personalized vows will make your ceremony one-of-a-kind.
NOTE* We will need your personalized vows 1 week before your Sweetlove wedding celebration so that we can forward these to our officiate for the day, just in case you forget them on the day of.
Q: Can I choose my own “Processional” song?
Yes, of course! If we don’t have it on our list of songs, please make sure you send it to us 1 week before your day via mp3. This way we make sure it is all set and ready to go for you on your day.
Q: Can we have readings at our ceremony?
Yes, you can have that someone special read at your ceremony, but please just remember that we work on a schedule and try to keep as close as we can to the schedule. Our ceremonies are 15-20 minutes in duration so if we do go over that time, you may have your photo session decreased by that time.
Q: For the ceremony, do I get a bridal bouquet and does my groom get a boutonniere?
Yes, you will get a beautiful bouquet in one of 3 choice palette colours to compliment your style. Your groom will also be presented with a simple elegant boutonniere.
Q: What if we are 2 grooms?
Then we will have 2 boutonnieres provided as part of your package.
Q: What if we are 2 brides?
Then we will have 2 bouquets provided as a part of your package.
Q: What if we want extra flowers for our wedding party?
We will accommodate your request for an additional fee.
THE MINI RECEPTION:
Q: For our Sweetlove celebration, can we decorate in our colours?
With our Sweetlove Pop-Up weddings, we want to be able to have one less thing for you to consider so we work with colour palettes that will suit many couples on the day and work within the style of the venue.
Q: What are our options for our wedding cake?
You will have the option of either a Vanilla or Chocolate
“Semi-Naked Cake” (the new trend) with complimentary fillings. We will also incorporate the colours chosen for your bouquet to be added to the design of your cake.
Q: Will there be Non-Alcoholic drinks for my guests?
Absolutely! As we are hosts who understand that some guests may choose not to drink, we’ll have sparkling water, coffee options and of course juice options.
Q: How many guests can come to our celebration?
Our Sweetlove Pop-Up weddings are small, intimate wedding gatherings for up to 30 people. If you wish, you can add up to 10 additional guests for an additional guest fee. We can discuss this at the time of your booking.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Q: Can we pick our photographer?
We have a bunch of talented photographers that are in our repertoire to capture your wedding day celebration. The chosen photographer for your day will take photos of your ceremony and your guests during the ceremony and mini reception. Then your photographer will make sure that you get some immediate family and friends photos with you before we whisk you away for a fun, romantic and memorable photo session within the area of your wedding celebration location.
NOTE: If you wish to add your photographer, that’s ok with us but please let us know in advance. Our photographer is part of the Sweetlove Pop-Up package so you will still get your photos from us.
Q: How long do we have for our photography session?
Your Sweetlove package includes up to 30 minutes for your session with our photographer. NOTE* If you are late for your wedding ceremony time, this time will be taken into consideration within your photography session.
Q: How many photos are included in our Sweetlove Pop-Up Wedding Package?
With your Sweetlove Package, you will receive 30 proofed and edited photos of your day.
Our photographer will send along all of the photos taken on your day via a USB or via another transfer way for you to choose your favourite 30 photos. Once your 30 favourite photos are chosen,
If you wish to add to your 30 chosen photos, you can do this with the photographer at an additional fee based on the photographer’s standard prices.
Q: How long will it take to get our photos for our day from the photographer?
It takes time to proof and edit your photos and so our photographer will aim to get your photos to you within 4 weeks of your wedding event.
LAST BUT NOT LEAST:
Q: Once our Sweetlove Pop-Up Celebration is over, now what?
For some couples, you may want to continue your celebration with your family and friends with a brunch, lunch or dinner. We can offer you restaurant locations within the Hamilton location of your Sweetlove Pop-Up wedding that can accommodate your request. Just ask, and we will suggest.
